I could not exit the car park as the barrier did not raise . Was I supposed to scan my QR code somewhere ?? I didn't know what to do plus it was pouring with rain & I was leaning out through the window holding my phone up towards the machine ! Ended up reversing back again and drove round the car park to a payment machine , tried to scan QR code again but no idea if it did or not !! Now I'm in a panic . Drove round again to exit and by some miracle the barrier raised ! Added about 15 mins onto our journey !!
