The place reserved for parking was unnecessarily difficult to find as it was off the main road but down a shared driveway. This should be included in the parking instructions.
When we eventually found the parking place (6:30am) the driveway gate was shut and we were unable to access the parking.
We took a photo and used the just park app to send a message direct to the parking provider but 3 days later no response. I parked on the driveway of the house in front that was empty and for sale as I.didnt want to miss the train at Castle Cary.
There was free on road parking just outside the property and the railway station appeared to have multiple spaces and cheaper than we paid.
Thos was my first time using just park and I.would not be in a hurry to use them.again and certainly wouldn't use this provider again.
Whole.thing was unnecessarily stressful.
