The app would not open on my phone when I returned to my car, so I couldn't swipe to stop parking. I went through all the advice, checking my app was on the latest version, uninstalled it and reinstalled it, turned my phone off and on again and nothing worked. Couldn't find a helpline number online and kept getting useful questions and answers which were of no use. Finally found an email address and sent an email to get an automated reply with more useless questions and answers, then finally I received an email back with a contact number to ring 2.5hrs after I stopped parking! I phoned the "helpline" to be told that I wasn't able to be refunded for the time I wasn't actually parked and given very poor customer service questioning why it took me so long to find a contact number and how come I was able to start the parking and not stop it?? Obviously the app was working when I started parking and didn't work when I stopped parking! He also said, so you didn't see a phone number on the app? No I can't get onto the app! So you didn't see a phone number on the confirmation email? No I didn't get a confirmation email! I ended up paying for parking 3.5 hrs instead of 1hr and the app still won't open on my phone. I will never use this service again! Complete disgrace.

broken glass all over the car park and fees have risen! can the money not be spent on actually cleaning the place?
