the app was broken. I came back to my car and tried to end it but it didn't show up at all. only 4 hours later did it tell me the session was actually still going. rip off!!

The parking app is useless, it took me over 30mins to be able to check out of the session.

The app messed up on my wife's phone and charged us twice for the same car. It was just spinning, didn't come back.

unfortunately the signal for my mobile was poor so when I left it seems that I didn't stop my parking session properly so instead of paying for 30 mins I paid for 7 hours ie till the end of the day (started at 11:04 and finished at 18:00). I know this is not the fault of justpark but I thought I'd mention it

Paid using Just Park. The car park fee (according to notices) is 60p per hour. According to the Just App app, they charged me 68p! When I checked my account the transaction is for £2.58. When I try to download the receipt via their app I get the error 404 (site not found) and the suggestion to ring a telephone number which, unsurprisingly is nog answered. It's not a lot of money, but if they fleece everyone by £2 it mounts up. It would be good if someone contacts me about this - but I won't hold my breath!
(The car park space was fine, btw!).
