Senghennydd Car Park

I pre-booked and pre-paid for parking at Senghennyd Road, Cardiff last Saturday 17th August. Firstly the car park is not in the location shown on the map that is on your website and there is no signage to identify it. Secondly, when I eventually worked out where it was and asked another person who was parking there if I was in the right location I found that there were no spaces available for parking. There was no controlled entry to the car park so I suspect that people who know the location probably park there anyway. I ended up parking in an area that was reserved for University mini-buses and fortunately had printed a confirmation of my booking with you so left that on the dashboard to verify that I had paid to park there. So, the main issue is that you happily take the public's money but there is no guarantee of actually getting a parking space.

I had to squeeze my car in only 3/4 of a space and there wasn’t enough parking spaces when other people turned up after having booked.

JustPark appears to be a rip-off. I pre booked, and paid. When I arrived at the car park in Cardiff there were no spaces left. Two Polish drivers, there for the speedway grandpriz, were in a similar situation. I have applied for an immediate refund.

This is a pay and display carpark, Prebooking does not guarantee you a space, when we arrived were no spaces but luckily someone was just leaving. It would have been cheaper to pay and display on the day

East to find, car felt safe there, very reasonable pricing.

Don't park here as it is impossible to find.

Good location of car park if you don't mind a bit of a walk into town. (20 mins) Tucked away, so felt safe enough to leave car there. Pretty easy app to navigate. Easy to add time to your booking if you're overstaying original booking.
