"Our guaranteed space" turned out to be anything but that. We arrived at the carpark to find it full, with other cars driving around also attempting to find a space, it was clearly oversold. Unsure what to do we went to another carpark nearby that we noted was also available to book through the company and had spaces, on the hope we could just shift our booking to this other car park, we phoned the company. After multiple attempts to get through (most calls were just dropped), we finally spoke to someone who offered a refund and an apology but no real explanation as to why the first car park was full. She said the carpark we had moved to was fully booked despite it being almost empty, and so could not move our booking to it. Madness. Unable to book a space in that one, they said there was a third car park nearby, the issue is by this stage we'd been parked over 30 mins in the wrong car park anticipating we could book it, and now potentially now face a fine from the parking enforcement that read our number plate. We eventually parked in another carpark that had spaces, we were an hour late as a result of it all, not to mention the stress and frustration we experienced. We paid a premium for this service to ensure we had a space for an event we were attending, almost ruined the day entirely. We will never book through this service again.

Easy booking process but need better description of how to access the parking. I am still not sure if I parked in the correct place as where I thought I should park was fully occupied, so I went to an adjacent car park which was by the same company.

You really need to use what3words for this one as there's lots of car parks with the same postcode.

Cheaper just to turn up and pay using the app as boards show prices much cheaper than paid on Just Park

The entrance into the car park is very close to the junction. Easy to miss. Other than that, it was a good location to the university.
