We were really happy with our decision to book airport parking at The Holiday Inn Express at Cardiff Airport. When we arrived it was easy to get into the car park - no barriers or ticket systems in place, and we were able to choose any space we wanted. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, and checked us in quickly. They talked through the very short walk over the airport, making sure we went in the right direction. They even booked us in for 10 days instead of 7, just in case our flight was delayed. When we came back, we could just get in our car and drive away. Perfect! Would book again and recommend to others.

Local hotel parking to Cardiff airport, we felt a little unsafe parking the car at 04:00, not sure what some of the hotel guests were upto at that time of the morning in the shadows of the car park location, didn't look great with a motorcycle pushed over on its side opposite the reception either. Walk to the airport from the hotel was a little dark.

The location is easy to find and relatively close to the airport, a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel is in a semi-closed state, so it was a little difficult to understand where to go, register, and the back door to the airport was a little strange! The staff though were nice. I was slightly concerned about how safe this spot is, you are asked to sign a disclaimer, but I guess it is not so different to city parking or some airport car parks. Would use it again, but remove any valuables.
