Easy to find,no problem at all, unless you don't want to open and close gates. Would definitely use again

Safe secure parking not too far from the city centre. Easy access. Great value for money.Booked and paid for online and clear directions and advice received. It’s my second time and will gladly park there again.

Would have been easier to find if I had followed the instructions but putting the directions on google maps gave me different places at times.

We felt that the car was secure behind the gated parking. I would ask the owners though if they could straighten the gate stay pin that is bent at the bottom of the gate resulting in the pin dragging on the floor makings quite a lot of noise for people who live nearby.

Great price, great safe location for where we needed for the stadium.

Felt a bit uneasy leaving the car this time, second booking here, as there was no combination lock and the gates were bent and difficult to open and close.

There was a vehicle in the space when I arrived. Space owner did not pick up. Rang JustPark who did what they could but space holder didn't answer for them either. After the 20 minutes of trying to sort it out the space was vacated when I wasn't looking so we could park there eventually.

Unable to get in and use space. Put code into padlock and it never unlocked. Tried countless time and couldn’t get into parking. Was unable to find anywhere nearby and missed the gig we booked. Total waste of time. I rang the number given if experiencing problems and just went to answer every time. No one got back to me. Completely wasted night driving to Cardiff from Chepstow and booking parking that we couldn’t access.
