How our drivers felt about this space
Conveniently located parking near Cardiff city centre and the New Theatre, with good access and reasonable pricing. Some occasional barrier issues reported, but generally secure and well-organized.
(From recent driver reviews summarised by AI)

Good location, easy access, secure parking. Would use again.
Dave G21st August 2026
Car park was 'full' on arrival. Had to park in front of some gates and hope access wouldn't be needed in the next three hours. Very stressful

Booked a hotel parking 100m from the theatre we were visiting. The booking process was easy. The instructions were very clear. Entry barrier raised automatically as we arrived and PiN code raised the exit barrier. Made our day easier and more relaxing.

Easy to book then continue informative given leading up to parking with instructions throughout. Will definitely use again!
Michael L20th July 2026
Very simple to park and cheap.
Peter J15th July 2026
The hardest spot I've ever had to find with an overfilled car park and no spots available. Very difficult to find and poor instruction as to find it in the middle of a one way street.
Would not use again or recommend

Great location for access to cardiff city centre, and principality stadium for concert.
Easy to access & park.

We were looking for a car park close to The New Theatre in Cardiff for an evening performance. Found JustPark online so thought let’s give it a go.
Registration was straightforward and the location was perfect, 3 minute walk!
Reviews had stated that there was a problem with the barrier.
No problem. Drove up to the barrier, didn’t open automatically but on pressing the call button on the intercom the barrier opened. Easy to park in good sized bays. Exiting again was no problem, pulled up to the barrier, keyed in the PIN number enclosed in the confirmation email and we were on our way.
Will definitely be using again.

EXACTLY AS LAST TIME THE BARRIER WOULD NOT LIFT ON EITHER ENTRY OR EXIT.
PRESSING THE LIFT BARRIER OPTION RETURNS THE MESSAGE "YOU ARE NOT CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE BARRIER". EVEN WHEN TOUCHING THE BARRIER YOU ARE, APPARENTLY NOT CLOSE ENOUGH!
SAME PROBLEM ON EXIT BUT THIS TIME THERE IS NO BUTTON TO ALERT RECEPTION. WHEN THE BARRIER IS RISEN AFTER WALKING TO THIS BUTTON IT LOWERS AGAIN BEFORE A CAR CAN LEAVEEVEN THOUGH I RAN BACK AND HAD LEFT THE ENGINE RUNNING.
