Leonardo Hotel Cardiff

Good value, but .... Access is very difficult off Park Place due to parked cars and taxis and single track entrance to car park. Barrier does not raise with button in app wasting much time. Very tight car park due to presence of oversized vans and pickups, thought this car park was for small cars only!

On exiting the car park the barrier did jot work with the code took 10 min to get it sorted apart from that it was cheaper than parking in pcp car parks

Easy to find, spaces a decent size but tight to move around the car park. Barrier was a nightmare as code not provided and when I rang I was given random numbers until a hotel member of staff came out to give me the code. Was worried about leaving my car as it was so tight for people driving around and didn't want it getting hit by incompetent drivers. There were lots of them!

The app did not work, and as there was no intercom on the car park side of the barrier, it was difficult to get out, having to stop, get out of the car go to the other side of the barrier, press button, get back to the car and drive through the barrier before it came down- had to do that twice. I am not impressed
