Despite parking at the location I booked I got a ticket, when I went back to my booking in justpark the address had changed! I still have the original address I booked in the booking email and have emailed justpark with this over two weeks ago to try and clear up but had no response, lovely experience

Whilst the location was easy to find there were no spaces available on arrival and the Premier Inn said it was nothing to do with them. This was a stressful experience as we had paid for a space that wasn’t available. No guidance on what to do next and more cars arriving.
Thankfully out of kindness a staff member from the Premier Inn moved their car so we could park our car there.
