Easy to book but very hard to find. We found a parking in the location but it did not say it is “Just Park location”. It was a hotel parking. I had to walk around and ask locals and then asked a hotel upon which they confirmed.

I tried to extend my time and so downloaded the app and put in my parking ID but it didn't recognise it or the place I was parked. Also had trouble getting out of the car park but that was the hotel carpark's issue not Justpark but may have made me go over my allowed time.

Just Park name the car park as the Mecure Hotel in Cardiff, but the car park and hotel is now named Sundays, so a bit of unnecessary confusion when first arriving but otherwise an excellent and smooth experience.

The system worked. I found my space and went into the hotel (up the lift 1 floor). It was my first time using JustPark so I went to reception to check that I was ok. They advised me that this company was fine and there wasn't an issue. that was the sum total of my issues.
