Pre booked a space and the car park was full.... hard to find and one way system creates havoc especially when there are no turning bays.
You should not be allowed to pre book as clearly you don't monitor cars coming in and out

The entrance to the car park isn't off Newport road, it's off Newport road Lane which is round the back. I just read the description as I knew the road rather than use Apple Maps. Apart from that all was good but I lost time going round and round because of a bad description in the entrance location
