COACHES ONLY - Civic Centre Car Park (Event)

Got to the carpark to be told the just park had over booked and we weren’t on the list. We received no emails explaining this and I’ve had to submit a refund on the app. Caused stress to my family as we have to look for a different parking space and there was busy event taking place that day so we struggled to find somewhere and when we did we had to pay again.

I wasn’t permitted to park there. I was turned away because they didn’t have my details and had to pay to park elsewhere - I need to request a refund

Easy to book, easy to find

I got to the car park they told me they didn’t recognise any of my details and they didn’t have a space for me, I had all my booking details on my email and showed them Payment but they told me that I was not on their system! God knows why because I paid £33.50 for a few hours I was so annoyed, which put me in a very awkward predicament and I had to go and find another car park which cost me twice as much not happy at all! Terrible Service, I would never recommend it

We were turned away from the car park because they were full even though I had pre booked. We were told that we had to go down the road and pay another £30 for yet another car park.

Pre-paid £32 for a parking spot in Cardiff. Got there and the carpark was full, they had “over sold” the spaces.

I booked and paid for the parking in Cardiff, arrived and was told they have oversold the car park and we couldn’t park there. Was not contacted to tell us this so we then in a rush had to go and find somewhere else to park. Tried ringing the helpdesk - no answer so I’ve had to send a refund request form. Haven’t heard back yet.
