This was an absolute nightmare of an evening. Me and my partner both booked spaces to park our cars here. We couldn’t get onto the street where the car park entrance is due to bus lanes and a one way system. We spent over an hour stuck in traffic doing loops because both postcodes couldn’t navigate you in (yes there’s two on the advice they give you which is extremely unhelpful). Tried to call the customer service line but it was just automated and useless.
We both had to abandon this and find alternative parking as we were over an hour late and were fed up of being taken round the mill costing us an absolute fortune!!!! Will not be using this again or recommend it.

We didn't find the car park easily, Due to the many one way streets in Cardiff centre. Also didn't appreciate carrying suitcases up and down the steep steps to get onto the street level.

Quite hard to find missed it twice. Good for small cars. Couldn't understand security guards instructions and couldn't find the stairs out so we had to walk up the ramp which we were told off for

I was later arriving to the car park but as I had booked for several hours, I thought it would be fine. I was told to park in specific spaces. There was only one empty space which was right up against the wall. I only have a little Corsa but there was no way I could get into the space. There was a wire cage with bicycles in it and every time I tried to swing into the space, the alarm went off. I like my car too much to risk scraping it across the wall to get into the space so I drove away.

parking spaces could be wider. not much room to open car doors with other cars parked so close. we were lucky enough to find a space next to a wall on one side

Very poor customer relations. Like they don’t want me to be there. Extremely rude and reluctant to show me where to park. Assumed I had been before and very abrupt with her description.

Parking was hard to find even with post code. I would recommend using the street name only! Also, spaces are very tight, but car will fit. Security were good/helpful and area felt safe to leave the car.
