Car park fine and access via intercom worked well, but car park is in restricted access area of roads with lots of signs saying "buses and taxi's only", so I was concerned if I entered that I could be fined? Better instructions on navigating these restrictions would have been helpful.

Postcode on directions took us to a one way street and all bus lanes! Waiting for penalty through the post! Numbers on bay were worn away, most spaces had cars in them with very little space to maneaourve out. Very dark

Plenty of spaces, although they are a little snug. Car park felt secure and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location.
Only negative (not abut car park) is that the road system has been changed a lot in the area recently, with a one way system being implemented and poor local signage by council and my sat nav was not up to date.

Drove around a loop in Cardiff a few times, including going down a bus lane so probably going to get fined for that, and ended up parking in an NCP 'cause this place was so hard to find. Obviously won't be back.

Really great service, parking was a 5 min walk to the travel lodge in town and for two days was a good price. Got a message a few days before to confirm booking and a reference number, very easy and would use again.

When I booked, the website said the parking was 1 minute away from my accommodation, but was in fact 12 mins away. Which walking alone at 00:45 wasn’t appreciated. The building also wasn’t easy to find as there are 2 postcodes on the booking, one which works and one doesn’t…. Had to go round the system again which took 9 minutes. The whole thing was a faff and annoying.

small spaces in a tight underground garage. secure enough, but you'd struggle with a bigger car if it was full in there. but all worked out ok, easy enough to find, and polite on the intercom to let you in.
