Secure car parking: Great value, good directions, no faff :-)

Just opposite to the capital parking. Easy to find

Lots of parking slots. Just in the city centre. Reasonable price

The spaces available are underground in a very dark corner o the carpark (with timed lights) and the spaces are VERY tight with concrete pillars and diagonal roof supports to be avoided in almost all the spaces allocated. One of our group scraped his car door very badly during our stay. I would not recommend if our car is larger than a small saloon or hatchback. On a positive note the car park seemed very secure with an attendant on duty at all times.

Well we arrived at the car park a minute after the time we had book, I pressed the button to speak to some, got no answer, kept pressing it, waited for 40-45 minutes and nothing phoned the customer help line closed. Lucky a premier inn worker came in his car to the car park, I explained the situation and he let us in. Got into the car park, was looking for the car park numbers we had to park in could find any of them. The premier inn worker said to me that the person that lets people in isn’t good at his job and is never there to let people in. It has put me off from using you if this is the service you provide.

As long as you read the instructions it’s easy to use

It was under the hotel we were staying at (Premier Inn) far cheaper than the hotel were charging ( result)****

Despite paying in advance, the exit shutter wouldn’t open because we wouldn’t pay the £36 demanded on exit (we had paid £21 in advance and travelled in the same car registered). Had to call for help whilst blocking exit and after 5 minutes we were reluctantly let out. Not really good enough.
