The Post code given took me to the parking spot, but I couldn’t get to the car park as I’d have to travel the wrong way down a one way street to get to it.
It was a time of heavy traffic, which had taken me 40 minutes to travel 2 miles. To get to the parking spot I’d have had to get back into the traffic again, so I gave up and parked somewhere else.
Better directions to the car park are needed.

very easy booking process and secure location as well as great value. not 100% obvious where to go based on coordinates given but didn’t take too long to find. car park seems quite tight but no issues with a smaller car and larger cars were also parked there so must have been fine. would definitely use again!

Car park entrance was hard to find as one way system and postcode does not take you to the car park entrance.
Very dark inside the car park and hard to see the numbers in the ground for just park spaces. Only exit is steps, not lift.

Great location in Cardiff city centre but entry to the car park wasn't straightforward and instructions of where to park not clear. Also poor lighting in the Just Park area.
