I had a prepaid bay in Adams Street Cardiff when I arrived it was full it was not a secure parking as stated it wasn't barrier entry it was just a normal Street car parking but the next Street had secure parking

The car park was an open air car park with no reservations. Despite the fact we paid in advance, there was no spaces when we arrived and we had to wait to find a spot, which as it was graduation day at Cardiff University, wasn't easy and we were late for our match.
