The Carlton Hotel Car Park

So booking the parking was a little problematic for me as I had keep changing the times and ended up having to start from the beginning to do this. Once I confirmed the times of the slot I think the rest was pretty straightforward. The car park itself was very badly maintained but there were no issues with my car when I collected it. I would use this service again.

half of the car park is under construction so couldn't use, also as with previous reviews no designated parking so if there isn't a gap your out of luck and will need to park elsewhere

No spaces left in the car park, we had to find alternate parking. Shocking service.

No spaces in car park. Two other cars behind me unable to be park properly. Eventually managed to squeeze my small car on the end but going up very close to parked. Disappointing

No spaces marked. Pure free-for-all and people parked everywhere. Is a patch of ground, not a car park. Would not recommend

The parking company told me it was a five minute walk it was three, so great for my husband who has mobility issues. Very easy to find, as we were sent a great map.we will definitely be using this company again. Many thanks

If you book in advance, you're not guaranteed a space as they don't reserve any, and the bays are unmarked so you get people taking up loads of space where you could easily fit more cars. Only positive is it's a 2 minute walk away from Leas Cliff Hall.

It was easy to make the reservation and worth the money to make parking hassle free . However, the car park was very dark so a little difficult to locate. Then, the car park itself was very muddy! Having got dressed up to go to The Leas for a show, I was quite upset that our footwear got so dirty. Returning to the car after the show, the wet mud was then transferred into the car. Will NOT use that car park again unless it is in the Summer.

Easy to find … well lit. Very short walk to venue
