The space was as advertised with the correct information about the distance to our objective
But we had to change vehicles from the one booked and rang the helpline number given for 17 minutes without success - really frustrating!
We then used the message facility to inform the vehicle change, but received no acknowledgement of receipt - again really frustrating!
