The people who watch over the parking spots are always so lovely and kind to me however the price increase from £3.99 a day to now £16!! No way ! Now having to find somewhere else to park even though it's so convenient for me to park here . I understand a 1-2£ increase but this is ridiculous and needs to be altered !

No enforcement of where/how people park either, people park at stupid angles so no one else can get in a space

Parking attendant was on site checking reservations, mine wasn't showing on system but booking confirmation email shown so obviously just a technical problem their end.
