We wouldnt've discovered where to park close to Canterbury Cathedral without this app

There were too many cars crammed into a tiny space. Really really hard to park and I have cameras and sensors all over my car. So bad.

The booking was easy to make, the postcode lead me directly to the area and the parking spot was clearly labelled. I was able to park comfortably knowing that the car would be ok during the duration that I booked i for. Easy transaction and good communication with email follow up. Very happy with the service.

I paid for 3 days but half the time all the spaces were taken! Absolutely awful. And no room to manoeuvre. Will never use again

We had booked 5 days before to park from 17/5 - 18/5 but when we arrived at Canterbury High Street carpark all the spaces allegedly allocated to Just Park were taken. So we were stuck in the middle of a carpark due to check in to our hotel, which was just round the corner. On talking to a couple of people there we discovered those parking spaces have just been used by anybody with no charge, as JustPark no longer have the contract. In fact, a student came in and asked if there were any free JP spaces as he had been parking there for free if he could find a place since he started studying in September! As it was obvious we weren't going to be able park there, we contacted customer services and were just told 'sorry, we'll have to cancel your booking and you'll have to try and find somewhere else to park in Canterbury'! The whole point of booking this place was to avoid paying the extortionate car parking charges in the centre of Canterbury. It was out of the question especially as we were staying overnight. We eventually ended up having to drive out of Canterbury to the park and ride and walk from the park and ride bus stop in Canterbury, so missed most of the afternoon. Had we known what a scam this was going to be, we would have just done that in the beginning but you live and learn. The whole experience was very stressful and we would not wish to use this company again. The customer service rep I spoke to at the time said we would be refunded the full amount. However, I have found out that it has been refunded to our JustPark account not to our bank account, which is unacceptable so I will be contacting them about this.

Had only one space left. Was hardest to get a vehicle in due to tight carpark spaces. Had to move the business wheelie bins out of the way to have any hope of getting in space.

All spaces were taken and I had to go to a main carpark instead, which caused me to be late and cost more money. This means the just park service in this case was pointless and an utter waste of time.

We were able to park in the middle of Canterbury after a long journey with no fuss at all, at a very reasonable price.

Very tight car park. Difficult to park in when there are large cars or vans opposite. The space was already was taken on return from a trip out so had to call JustPark to cancel booking.

The space is very difficult to get into especially if you need to park in the area nearest the bins. It was impossible to get into the one space available when I arrived without hitting another vehicle. I had to wait until someone returned for their car.
