Several spaces available for parking, perfect for joining the Llanberis path for Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon, or going via the valley of Maesgwm for the Snowdon Ranger path. You can walk up the road from the parking to join the main Llanberis path near Hebron which is quarter way up Snowdon.
The parking also offers direct access for the Moel Eilio group.
PLEASE NOTE these are off-road parking spaces on stone/gravel. Unsuitable for sporty type/low cars. Ideal for overnight stays, self contained units only, sorry NO tent camping.
We suggest you pre plan your walking route carefully, and look to see where we are on a map before booking.

Plenty of short walks or all day circular walks are available from here, including part of the Pilgrims path, Cwm Dwythwch Lake and the Llanberis waterfalls are just a few minutes away.
To access Snowdon you continue up the tarmac road until you reach the bridle path. Turn left onto BP. After the concrete bridge, take the next gate to your left and follow this path across to Snowdon, this route cuts out the steep tarmac hill from the village and you join Snowdon at quarter way up. For the Ranger path you simply carry on along the bridle path through the valley.

What3words was helpful re locating exact place. Secluded spot on farm edge near the farm gate that you can open and go through (even though it says no parking) with no worry of getting a parking fine that was stated online as being quite common in the bigger car parks in Llanberis (best to research in advance). About 20 minutes walk to join Llanberis path. Farmer passed by and was very friendly and helpful in showing us the shortcut to the start of the walk. He said money for the parking goes towards wall repairs on the land. Very close to a campsite.

Great spot to park. Clear directions on how to find the spot and perfect base for the day. This is a working farm so very mindful of closing gates. Nice greeting from farmer on his quad doing his morning rounds along with his sheep dog. ensured we knew whwre we whwre headed for the Llanberis path extemly helpful. Higjly recommended.

Quite hidden away but that suited us as no one else will have take it. Very handy for both Ranger and Llanberis path. Still not 100% sure we were in the right spot but no one stopped us so we assumed that we were. Will definitely use again.

perfect place to park when it's busy down the village. just follow the instructions. we use it to link up with the path to Snowdon.
