don't park here,initial parking are a scam, they gave me a fine even though I had paid, sent proof of payment but no refund.

The car parking app is terrible and from appearance does not appear to show any button to press to extend stay.
I'm this instance we ran back to the car, frightened we would be fined for being late when in fact we wanted to stay.
This is the loss of your company for using and not feeding back to the app provider about its clarity

Paid and still got fined!!!

paid for parking and still got a fine. A wait at the machine so decided to pay on the app which took us 9min from the entering the car park.
on return to the vehicle within our paid time we then had to change and feel our baby daughter, which was another 10minutes. due to being 19min in total either side of our paid time we got a £60 fine and the appeal was rejected. would avoid
