The cost of our parking was very fair. The security of the car park was excellent. Very accurate directions were provided. I was impressed to receive a reminder of the security code and link to parking information was sent 24 hours before we were travelling.

I tried to change the vehicle in was bringing but it wouldn’t let me as kept saying active even though it wasn’t - also rang numbers provided and spoke to an Ibot and still didn’t work, so in the end I had to ask the hotel to sort it which they did as they saw it wasn’t working in the app

When I arrived at the ‘secure’ parking, the barrier was up so anyone could enter. Although I had pre booked there were no spaces left for me to park in apart from disabled and electric car charging. When I rung there was no one available to speak to as they were closed. I parked in the disabled place as it was late and called the next morning as I was concerned I would get a ticket and was told by Just park that they do not manage the car park so they couldn’t do anything if I got a ticket. Another company who take your money and then when something isn’t right, they don’t help and pass the responsibility to another company! When I got my car, the barriers were still up so the parking isn’t secure at all.

It was easy to park, short walk to our hotel in the centre of Cardiff. Felt that the car was safe for the duration of our stay. Very reasonably priced
