Booked parking on a Sainsbury's carpark. The booking process was easy, the costs reasonable and there were no problems. In all a good experience

So easy. Easy to book and find the car park. Will certainly do this again.

When trying to type in numbers the recorded voice sometimes cuts off in mid voice, and also jumps to the next required entry. I often have to stop trying and re-telephone to try and get the system working correctly. Very annoying when one is trying to get to a meeting on time.

The parking was at Sainsbury's in Burton on Trent. The directions to the spaces was wrong. I had to guess where it was. Also on the booking, the app changed the date at the last point of booking, I immediately cancelled, but as the date had been changed to that day, no refund was possible.

Everything was straightforward and we received good information on the app. We paid,6.00 from 16.30 to 2300hrs However, when we got to the car park,the machines stated it was free parking after 1500, E Was our payment unnecessary,,

I booked online which was really convenient and would definitely recommend. Only frustration was it automatically added 50p protection in case you needed to cancel. It could be removed by clicking something else but I found it tricky to find on a mobile
