Gates were locked. No access and no sign of anybody. Total disgrace and left completely stranded.

The gates were closed and couldn't access car park causing chaos. At least 3 other people were spoke to were in the same position. Awaiting news re refund.

There was no one there to oversee the parking, anyone could park there. It was not secured. Luckily I arrived in good time and was able to get a space but the spaces available were very small. I paid for nothing.
