Unable to extend booking other than for 6 days

Downside is when entering the carpark the large speed hump is to high for low suspension vehicle my car is not modified its factory fitted ..so going up hump you have to brake slowly going over it in case of damage .It's to high and to be honest not needed that high..on top of hump there is lots of cuts in concrete where cars have cut into it gods knows what their front end spoilers are like.. 2nd point why have no parking charge for 5- 8 hours 10.50 for it to carry on through the night till a certain time next day is beyond me .. I've spend over 40.00 in unnecessary parking fees,knowing I'm not going to use parking in 1.amor4 am in morning

Paid for 14 hours more than needed because payment that took you past 6pm was rounded to next.

Used overnight to charge my EV, unfortunately the Swarco EV charging service was missing critical information on the machines to get charging simply. After 3 phone calls to their support got it working, as did not have a membership card for this service. There was NO QR code, the URL was wrong. The charger number was misleading IE SEC. 8135. Should have been entered onto the website as " SEC8135". No dots no spaces. The parking fee from 18:00- 09:00 cost £2.50.

Everything was fine with the car park. However when I went to extend the parking for a couple more hours it booked and changed me for 6 days parking. This was not what I wanted but it wouldn't let me just book a couple of hours. It changed me over £15. Not great at all.
