no white markings on the ground so people were parking all over the place. Some cars were 3 deep, blocking the middle row in.

The parking is too expensive at this time of year. I could have listened in double yellow line for free but didn't feel it helped with traffic flow in the town doing so. Also I'd like to know why it costs 10p to be sent a reminder by SMS that parking is about to expire and another 10p for a receipt by SMS. Also, why does it cost extra to pay with the app when surely it costs less to administer.

Parking bays not marked. It felt like I could be blocked in if others misjudged space.

I parked the wrong car. The app won’t allow you the change or ask for a refund. I felt scammed of £10.

It was dreadful trying to get a ticket. People were so upset that both machines were out of order and not taking change. It was so unfair and a lot of people were going straight out of the car park once they found out they had to get the App on their phone.
I personally would have done the same if I hadn't found a younger person to help me. It spoilt our day out if I'm honest . Please think of others who just want to park easily and not be stung with high car parking charges.
