Young Street, Broomhall Car Park

Got there and all spaces were taken had to park on the kerb even though I pre booked it a day in advance ,

Once again arrived at this car park to no spaces available. Cars parked up on the kerb, had no choice but to find alternative parking whilst nearly being late to the football match. This has been ongoing for a while now and nothing seems to be done about it!

Don't use, I booked in advance and paid up front but when I got to the car park it was full, I tried to cancel my booking through the email but it warned I wouldn't get my money back so I called the number on the email and was just stuck in a queue for half an hour, had to pay elsewhere. Shouldn't have to pay until you know you can use the space and as there isn't a barrier this is likely to keep happening

Car park was difficult to find, poor signage, very tight to manoeuvre around, OK in a small car. Reasonable prices though.

I followed the directions and still couldn't find it. There needs to be a photo of the actual car park, not just google Maps from 3 years ago. There was no time for me to try and ring and sort it out, I was already late for my appointment from looking everywhere for the space. I had to pay for street parking in the end. Cost me double, and also wasted myoney on this space.

Used them again this time at Wembley nothing short than perfect

No markers to show where the parking was. Entire car park full, waste of a journey. Had to pay a further £9 to park elsewhere.

There was no space for me to park in. You overbooked the capacity and/or people parked in spaces they had not paid for.

Once again arrived at this car park and was unable to park due to no spaces. More cars arriving after myself too. Wondering if people are parking here without paying and no consequence for doing so??
