I found this location after studying the map and the instructions given by the owner.
It can be quite busy early on in the morning with normal traffic heading into the center of Bristol.
My advice would be to look at the road junction as it can be quite busy. study the photographs and you should be okay finding this location.
I would definitely use it again.

The space was easy to find, and the parking spots were larger than usual leaving ample room if there were more cars either side. Traffic was fine even at peak hours! I felt confident leaving my car there for long periods and would 100% use again.

The parking space was easy to find and spacious enough to fit a large hatchback. I entered when all three bays were empty, allowing me to easily turn the car around for an easy exit. Turning the car around may prove tricky if the other two bays are occupied.
The area felt safe, and I've had no problems with the host even though I ran a little late to exit.
My main gripe with this space and the reason why I won't use it again is that at 17:00, the traffic in the surrounding area becomes grid locked. The appeal of this space was its location outside of the clean air zone. However, it was near enough impossible to get out at 17:00 while avoiding the charging zone.
It took me 1 hour to get out of the immediate surrounding of this space due to poor city planning around this area and the volume of traffic.

The space owner was responsive to my phone call and I was able to confirm where I should park.
I had enough room to park a small style SUV. I was able to turn around and reverse park after another vehicle left, which made exiting much easier. Wells Road is busy, but the space is an easy 30 minute walk into Bristol City Centre.
