How our drivers felt about this space
Conveniently located parking in Bristol city center with affordable prices and a secure environment. Access is straightforward with a code system, though some spaces may be tight for larger vehicles. Overall, a solid choice for city parking.

Felt a little intimidating with all the homeless hanging around near the parked cars and the stairwells, no staff around at all. If you are alone in the dark be very careful.
Giant rats running around the parked cars and underneath them.

The process of booking was great, arrived and the code worked. My only criticism, and something they cant rectify, is the car park is so tight, we struggled getting our car around the ramps and the spaces are small, fortunately it wasnt full and we got a space fine.

The parking was closed on my arrival. How can you let people book a parking in the hours when it's closed?!
Not clearly written in the website.
Reply: Thank you for your kind answer, luckily I parked in the near YourParkingSpace Mercure Bristol Grand Car Park for free thanks to the kindness of the director of the Bristol Grand Hotel

We arrived at the booked car park 20 Minutes early, and the code could not be entered (but through the help button, the barrier was raised). We left the car park early, the code was accepted, but the full price still stands. Not really a problem. Good service if you know exactly the times of parking.
