It was difficult to know how to access and how to leave. The reference number in the keypad didn’t work and lift the barrier, it was very stressful with cars behind me. Couldn’t ring the number as I was underground and didn’t have a signal. I had to ask the parking attendant to help.

if you don't get to the car park early you may struggle to find a space anywhere other than the top floor

I won't be using this multi-storey car-park again! The ramps between floors were far too narrow -- I was in danger of 'kerbing' my wheels or scraping my wings at every turn. And when I found a space it was unreasonably small -- my bonnet protruded well over the white line and I could not open the doors without them touching the adjacent cars. And I don't even have an SUV, let alone a 600 Merc!

the barriers did not open with the code you gave. when we buzzed through to the parking attendant, he told us he has nothing to do with Just Park. we therefore had to get a separate ticket.
we reported it to Just park later and got thus reference 1526194. I will send the parking receipt so that we can get a full refund for my booking.
