The car park is NOT suitable for extra large vehicles. Standard SUV's will fit in spaces but there are a number of spaces where access might be restricted due to structure of car the car park as spaces are underground- Entrance and Exit ramps are steep, lower vehicles may find issue.
2 of the spaces (25 and 27) have a height restriction of 1.7m

- 6 minutes to Castle Park
- 7 minutes to Bristol Royal Infirmary
- 8 minutes to Cabot Circus
- 15 minutes to Harbourside

Parking was ok but exit from the car park not clear and got stuck on stairway had to use fire exit very scary

Access to parking was blocked by a large commercial vehicle unloading across the road. The road & entrance were to narrow to turn into the parking with this vehicle in the road, so we went and parked in the nearby Galleries car park that cost £20...ouch!

I booked in advance but when I arrived there were no justpark labelled spaces in the whole location. I spoke to someone who worked in the building and confirmed that employees often park in the justpark spaces which causes the issue. justpark asked me to go to another car park a mile away which made me late.

Difficult to locate and first parked in incorrect carpark which is shown in the street view picture which I then had to pay for 1 hour.
When parking in correct carpark, it was difficult to locate the JustPark spaces, they are the worst spaces left - small, cramped and awkward. I had to park next to a pillar which meant hopping into my passenger seat to get out of the car.
I then could not work out how to leave the carpark as JustPark only gave instructions on how to enter and there was no signage for those who were not working in the building above. FYI - you leave through the exit ramp

The parking site was brilliant for where we needed to go .only problem was once we got in there was no sign or directions to so us how to get out on foot. We ended up going to the roof of the building before we found a way out. When we came back to the car someone else asked us how to get out .. so help is needed . Would use just park again
