Great spot. Easy to get to, in and out. Would deffo use again!

Difficult to get in and impossible to get out without grounding my BMW 5 series on the concrete ramp.

finding and getting into underground car park was easy, the only problem was walking access out and into car park we could only find the way out and in was to use car ramps which are steep for my wife in heels but otherwise parking was good

Using Google maps, it took me into ncp. Which I had to pay for

Easy to find if you look up the route ahead of travel. Parking was simple and great value for money.

Great parking space, can't get more centrally located, secure, easy access, perfect for Bristol city centre, will book again.

Couldn't locate the car park. Had to park in another car park, therefore wasting the money paid. The postcode in maps kept taking me around a one way system in Bristol very stressful.

I would not choose to park here again as a female alone. The parking is very isolated in a quiet back street. You enter by a roller shutter that closes behind you and drive into a dark underground carpark. Lights come on as you proceed but only where you are. To exit on foot I had to go out via the car exit ramp walking into the dark. As you approach the roller shutter opens. On returning to the car I had to walk in via the entry ramp which closes behind you, there was a man with his vehicle inside and my only exit was up the exit ramp. If something happened I would have been trapped. I felt extremely uncomfortable.

Good secure car park. Would use it again
