The entrance between the wall and the side of the building is very tight and the parking spot is also very tight. Should be advertised for small cars only

Space was in use. Owners contact number went straight to voicemail. Took photos of the car in the space, called customer support (took a while to get through, the time it took me to find alternative parking). They gave me a refund - but only because I was able to send the photos - otherwise I don't think I would've got one, judging by other reviews. My lesson here, I should've read the reviews.

Space had a car in it. Space owner suggested either parking over someone else’s or squeezing into a turning space (neither of which he had permission to do). Wouldn’t cone to the door but stayed on intercom. Just Park tell me no refund as he offered an (illegal) alternative! Never again!!

Simple to book, great directions to parking space. Though the parking space owner had a vehicle parked in it. Had some difficulty locating the space owner, but got there eventually. Which didn’t make me late for my arrangements, so all happy in the end.

Don't park here!! When I got there another car was parked in the space, no owner number to call. I had to leave in a rush to park somewhere else as I had a work meeting. Contacted JustPark later the same day for a refund and was told the space owner refused to refund me so I ended up having to still pay plus also paying to park in a new space and being late for my meeting
