Great space and safe parking, good price and can't go wrong with location. But I came back to someone parked on the driveway directly behind me blocking my exit! It was sorted very quickly but gave me a bit of a panic.

our problem came when we came to collect our car as a very large van had blocked our exit. On the road there didnt appear to be any yellow lines, we were lucky that we only had a small ish car VW golf, 3 pairs of eyes and no car parked outside the next door property.

The space was easy to find from the M32 junction 3 and only 5 mins walk to the Marble Factory. Would recommend for any gigs there, as the on road parking nearby the venue is limited.
