Felt really comfortable parking my car here. Was perfectly placed to head into Clifton. I was sent a message a week before my booking letting me know lots of helpful information. I was given a space number to park in, that space was already occupied when I arrived, however the space owners have accommodations in place in case this happens and I was offered an alternative/overflow space. Would park here again if I am ever in the area.

Great location. only issue was the instructions said we must park in the numbered bay, the number would be text to me. No bay number was ever sent.

Another car was parked in our allocated space. It was hard to turn around. A second car was parked in the space advised to park if there was a problem! I tried the mobile number to speak to someone for guidance. No answer. After 20 mins of trying, gave up as had an appointment to make. In the end parked in another 'free' space and then worried for the day. Not good service for the amount I paid for peace of mind. I wouldn't recommend.

Needed somewhere in the area as moving son into rented accommodation for uni, and limited street parking, with time limits. This was perfect as moved into the space once we had unloaded vehicle. Good communication from space owners and was also able to extend when we lost track of time in amongst the hectic day! Will definitely use again during our future visits.
