This is easily the worst out of these shoddy parking apps. Took 15 mins to just Apple Pay, had to reset email and phone number - why??? Just let me check out as guest

I could not find where the payment machines where, so looked it up after coming home and therefore charged for an extra hour

Its a Honey Trap carpark , purely there to post fines to you after the fact. We paid , and then week later had a penalty notice stating we over stayed. Sent them the receipt , but still stated they were proceeding with invoice. My advise to anyone is stay away from this carpark , and any other premierpark run sites. I for one will never go to Portishead again , will contact the landowner , MP and the businesses there explaining my reasons

your app is absolutely rubbish.
Google pay didn't work, but didn't give me an option to select a different method and enter credentials.
no ability to see a live parking session.
search feature to find the carpark is absolutely rubbish.
tiny number on signs at parking are difficult to read.
pull your heads out of your own asses.
