Very easy process and needed to extend stay due to serious incident on rail link. Space owner was easy to contact and flexible given the issues of getting back to my car on time.

There was a car parked in the space when I got there and I was asked to park in the neighbour's space, which I had to do although I was reluctant to. The space owner apologised but I was already late for my appointment and I just did not appreciate spending an additional 5+ minutes trying to park.
