Arrived 2:20 and there were no spaces. Finally got trough to customer service 10 mins later. Too late to find another parking space as I had to leave car on street to get to an appointment. When I got back 3 hours later I saw Carpark was still full with no spaces! I was offered a refund but I see today I have been given a voucher. I expect a full refund and an explanation

When I arrived, only one space left - another person had seen it and was also wishing to park in this space.
