The space already had a vehicle parked in it when I arrived. The space owner did answer my call when I rang, he was polite and sympathetic but ultimately couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. It caused me a lot of stress, definitely won't be using Just Park again (I was moved to this space from a previous space where the same thing had happened).
