The car park was well lit and safe. It was very close to the bus station in Bristol. It was easy to book and the communication via text and email made it a stress free experience. I would definitely use Just Park again. Thank you

The entire process was straightforward & all easily manageable on a smartphone; the actual parking space was covered, well lit & very secure behind an entrance-coded shutter.
The only complaint I have was that I wanted to manage my booking by bringing the entire period forward by three hours - this is not possible. I could only extend the arrival to an earlier time by the aforementioned three hours, which worked out roughly four times the cost of the original hours, pro rata - quite expensive for a minor change.
Otherwise very happy with the service & will almost certainly use again.
