Parking on Downside Park, BS48

Found it ok with sat nav on the way- in the dark on the way back was a trickier walk - needed a torch and it was hard to get my bearings - but I do have no sense of direction! The walk to the airport is 10 minutes to the car parks. Pretty easy but small part no pavements so if you are fit and nimble then this is the space for you. Much better than paying extortionate airport charges.

Easy to find, space perfect for a small or medium car, seems safe, easy and short walk to airport although would not recommend the walk for children as a few hundred yards with no pavement on busyish road.

Great. So easy to do. There aren’t pavements all the way on the walk to the airport so you need to be careful but otherwise, this facility is superb.

My flight was diverted. The space owner replied immediately to my text and was very helpful. We were able to leave the car a bit longer at no extra charge.

The space was advertised as a 4 min walk to the airport. It took 20 mins minimum and the “road” was a country lane and then an A road with no pavements. It was incredibly dangerous and unsafe, especially with children and disabled people. When we landed it was dark and so walking back along that route was just impossible. We had to pay for a taxi to the space and when we got back to the car, it had been scratched and someone had tried to pull the badges/stickers off my car. Would NOT recommend at all.
