booked for a week, but on one day I arrived and it was full. this should not have happened for a booking that I had made and paid for months in advance.

Not clearly where the exit and entry door is when you've parked but that's maybe to do with building works taking place at the moment.

All was fine. Just to say that getting out of the car park was fine but could not open the door to get back in as there is a key code lock. So opened the car park door with the initial entry code as given by Just Park - which was ok with us as we got in but left the car park a bit vulnerable for a few minutes. As we were driving out someone else did the same. That being said - we were happy with the experience

Secure parking very close to the Hippodrome and Beacon Theatres.

The "open barrier" button on app didn't let me do it, It said I was only allowed to within the time booked but it was 9:40 and I'd booked the space from 9:00-19:00
