We stayed at Bristol Frogmore St. Glad there's a photo of the entrance even though we missed it (it was dark) first time round. But the directions are pretty good. The code worked on the key pad. You have to exit through the pedestrian door and you don't have the code to get back in. You have to use the car barrier code to get back in via the main vehicle door. There is also a pin pad inside and you use the same code on that to get out. There were a few other cars in the garage but plenty of spaces. If you have a huge car and the place is busy then it may be tight but manageable. I've deducted one star due to the lack of instructions on how to get out as a pedestrian and a vehicle. All in all a good secure location at a good price for a 2.5 day stay. I'd use it again.

I am never using this App again. last night we were locked out of the garage in Bristol and even phoned the police. Your "helpline" closed at 8.00 pm,very useful. No instructions of where to get help in the Unite office which looked like a bar. Couldn't copy n paste anything within the app and didn't have pen m paper. Useless waste of time. I'd like my money back but that's not going to happen.

I couldnt get in to get to my car then I couldn't out of the car park, I had to request another worker there who let me out, no phone number to ring, good job it wasnt an emergency

I was at the gate at 16:00:25. my booking went until 16:00:00. my code didn't work anymore so I had to book another parking session.
any other parking space on this app gives a grace period. this one is ruthless.
