Parking on Downside Road, BS48

This was my third time using the space. The first time I had zero issues, the second I hadn't been given the lockbox code for collecting my keys and had to chase it myself. This time, I was due to return in the early hours of the morning so after not hearing anything by mid afternoon, tried contacting the owner. I sent 4 messages over a 9 hour period and got no response. I tried calling several times before departing my holiday airport as I knew it would be unsociable hours by the time I landed, no response. Upon returning, I had to phone 9 times, try JustPark customer service (who don't operate 24/7) and ring the door bell a dozen or so times until someone leaned out of an upstairs window and shouted "can I help you". I explained that I needed my keys back and wanted to go home after a long travel day and they were very short, shouting back "you should have had a code". Clearly, if I had a code I'd have used it and been on my way!!!! Very poor communication, very poor service for collecting my car. Will not use again.

Excellent company to deal with! Very professional and caring when a mistake was made on the booking, it was dealt with ease and quickly. Really made a stressful situation while abroad easy to deal with, thanks so much, Will happily use again in the future, and highly recommend to all.

Really easy parking and short walk to terminal. Very helpful and good communication. Would definitely use again.

This provider says they may move your car to another site down the road. When I picked my car up, it clocked up 4 miles since I had left it. I had to ask twice for a full explanation for this, as 4 miles is never down the road. The owner did explain but was incredible rude including saying that I should be thankful! I do not remember that this was free and why should it be any sort of problem asking a question.

You still have to walk for more than 10 minutes to reach the terminal while carrying all your luggage. For part of the route, you have to walk on the road because there is no pavement, which can be unsafe. When I picked up the car, it was covered in dust.

Communication wasn't great. No details about where to put the keys or where to get them afterwards. Phone call was answered pretty quickly but it would have been useful to know in writing.
