unfortunately because the instructions were ambiguous we ended up in the car park door which was called the name quoted in the description whereas the one booked had no name on the building

I got charged twice. The gate didn't open and a car was behind me so I had to take a ticket.

Useless. The barrier doesn't open and you need to take the ticket and pay for it. Otherwise you won't be able to leave the parking.
