The car park is so confusing...it has the same name as the car park next door and (apparently this happens all the time) we parked in the Millennium Car Park and had to pay all over again as it was the wrong car park.

The car park I used in Bristol (Brittania ) had a different name to the one detailed by Just Park (they called it MSP) and as there was one next door called Millennium Square I thought maybe I should be parking there....so I moved the car...luckily they had a man in a kiosk & he confirmed they had no pre bookings. The result was a 30 min delay, a minimum exit charge and worry I was in the wrong place. Plus it would have been cheaper to pay as you go and just turn up!!

I paid £19.49 online in advance, and the booking clearly stated that the car park used number plate recognition. Based on this, I expected a smooth exit without needing to make any further payment.
However, when I attempted to leave the car park, the barrier would not open and I was prompted to pay again. I was then charged an additional £25 at the barrier, meaning I have effectively paid twice for the same parking session.
I am very unhappy with this experience, as the information provided at the time of booking was unclear.
