Bristol Harbourside MSCP Car Park

The car park isn't clearly marked as MSCP so easy to mistake for Millennium square car park. We parked in the wrong car park which very nearly cost us an additional £25 however the staff member in millennium square car park was very kind. I understand from them that this car park is Britannia. We did not park in the booked car park due to this confusion.

We couldn’t get in without ringing then we couldn’t get out. 15 mins on the phone no one answering and the help button ringing continuously. We had to lift the barrier to get out. Awful service

The company itself were OK, but I had a problem at the car park where the barrier did not recognise my number plate and it ended up causing a hold up to other drivers behind me. I rang Just Park and was told to take a ticket and if i had to pay then put in a request for a refund.

We couldn’t get in and had to take a ticket as the number plate was not recognised even though we had paid online. Then we couldn’t get out and we paid the ticket, so actually paid twice. Rung the helpline which took 20mins for them to open the barrier. Terrible

Camera didn’t recognise my licence plate on entry took 5 mins to enter upon trying both entry gates.

Couldn't get out of the garage for a second time. No body ocils up the phone or answers the buzzer. Sat there for 20 mins

I book this car park regularly as it's close to my workplace and each time the auto number plate recognition either doesn't recognise it on the way in or way out and sometimes both so I have to call the car park company to get them to open the barriers

Easy to book & prepay - excellent rate for the city centre of Bristol. No ticket needed - just turn up & park - will definitely use Just Park again in the future.

Straightforward booking, great instructions and directions, automatic barrier recognised my car, easy parking, perfect location for Bristol city weekend stay. Couldn't be better.
