Was rushing so we decided to pay through the app. Got to the exit and the barrier wouldn't open up, needed us to go to the parking office. Luckily the staff in Cabot was really efficient about it.

The website says it's £7.90 if you arrive before 10am and leave before 11pm but I was charged £19.20

Some levels closed, paid with the app and was more expensive and didn't let me out, had to call for help from the cashier, the cashier was not there so used the help service via the pay machine. Did get out after that. Had to park in another near by spot to sort first.
