I didn't receive a ticket when I arrived so I paid on the app. Car parking should be £8 per day when you arrive before 10am, but I was charged a ridiculous £22.40!!! I'm fuming and would like a refund. The signage is not clear that it's so much more expensive on the app!

I used this app as multiple payment machines weren't working on multiple levels. When I went to exit it hadn't registered that I had paid so I had to go and find another machine and ended up paying twice.
