The Just park App is not fit for purpose. I paid for my parking through the App however when I tried to exit the carpark I wasn't allowed to because my ticket payment wasn't recognised. I was then delayed 15 minutes trying to get out when trying to make contact with the security staff. Won't be using your App in future I'll just use cash. Justpark app is not fit for purpose!!!!

Ticket pay point machine ate our ticket and none of the machines' help point worked even after pressing the call help button and waited for 10 minutes so we had to download this app to pay so we can exit.

Paid for parking upon exit via the app. By the time you drive down to the barriers it's not picked up that you've paid on the system, causing a delay to others behind you.
