Couldn't get out the car park even tho I paid on the app, had to pay again at the machine (only one was working in the whole building) WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO USE THIS APP. FUCKING USELESS.

I paid via the app and got to the barrier and it wouldn't let me out. Extremely embarrassing I had to get out of the car with a long queue of people waiting to find help and there was not clear instructions on what to do.

Really good that I can park and leave my car to be washed and cleaned for an hour whilst I shop. Love the ease of paying and scanning my ticket through the JustPark app rather than paying at a machine. So convenient whilst the dog is at the groomers and I've got to fill my waiting to collect him time so this will definitely be my routine every 6 weeks on a Saturday at least! Brilliant. EMJ
