Cabot Circus Car Park (Pre-Book)

Had no idea how to exit. Had to find an employee ( lucky that one was walking around at midnight) and had to talk to someone on an intercom that was so bad couldn't hear a word. They opened the barrier, but it was a lot of hassle.

Parking was fine, just a shame the camera and barriers didn't recognise my number plate. A tad annoying when you've pre-paid and registered.

Instructions were useless. No numberplate recognition on entry or exit

Barrier didn't recognise my number plate and I had to take a ticket, however the exit was without a problem.

Sat nav sent us to wrong place. Couldn’t find the car park so ended up paying £20 at a NCP near by so not happy at all.

Had a really good experience with JustPark. Booked a space in Cabot circus (5 hours for £8) which I thought was good value, instructions were easy and texted across - barrier worked both ways without any need for confirmations etc. will use again

I'm used to parking at Cabot so that was fine. The only issue I had was that when driving into Cabot Circus (within the specific time) my car number plate was not recognised (as per the instructions) and I had to call the parking attendant to let me through the barrier.

Never using the app before I wasn't sure what I had to do when leaving so when attempting to get out I couldn't, ended up paying on the ticket a further £7.90 and still having to call for assistance as barrier wouldn't go up. If I had known I just had to give the code it would have been easier and saved me another £7.90 on top of what I had already paid!
