We liked the certainty of knowing there was a space for us in the new city, and a clear route for finding the public car park.
But as first time users, we were confused by the lack of specific advice: we were looking for a specified space because the app said we were using the space of an 'owner'. But in reality, any free space in the carpark was available for us.
Because the internet connection dropped out at a crucial moment when we entered the park, we didn't know what to do. Embarrassing beginners misunderstanding.

Poor service, i had to asked for assistance and when i get inside, didn't find the parking i booked and then i left the parking to find another one and pay again, for me looks like scam, not happy and not going to deal with it any more

Could not find the location, the entrance it takes you to is restricted. The photo they provide is the actual Cabat Circus carpark, which is where I had to park in the end, so I ended up paying twice for my parking.

Didn't let me out automatically and had to call through on the buzzer before the barrier. Then had to go to my emails and get my whole booking confirmation number read out before they'd let me leave, causing a hold up. Person on the other end was rude. Should be better technology in place.

Parking was easy to find. Parking instructions are clear. Plenty of spaces and extension rates are good.
My only gripe is the security of the building during late nights .
The car park has no barriers to stop people coming into carpark. 1st floor is under construction and not permitted to park there currently. At night time you will find drug users, rough sleepers there, staring at you, making noises, some getting into fights among themselves and that can be intimidating for vulnerable people coming back late to their cars after an event. This space is great to park here during the day but please BEWARE there is a risk during night time.
