Our car parking facility is located in the multi-storey just on the left-hand side of the hotel, on Newmarket Avenue BS1 2EL; via Wine Street (same as the property). Our car park is available to access 24 hours a day. Please note the car park has a height restriction of 1.8 metres.
Our car park is operated by Parking Eye and you must register your vehicle’s registration details on check in to the hotel to avoid parking fines.
Bristol Council have made many changes recently, please double-check your route before setting off as many roads in the centre of Bristol have been closed to traffic or made one-way routes. The only way to reach our hotel is via Wine Street.
Bristol's Clean Air Zone will come into operation on Monday 28 November 2022.
Please check on the Bristol.gov.uk website for all information on pricing and registering vehicles before travelling.

Not a simple parking option. The entrance is confusing and the turns once inside are very tight. The exit pass first given us by the hotel didn't work and we had to go all the way back to the desk for a replacement. Around midnight, the staff at the hotel desk are a skeleton crew of one and service is not rapid.

There are parking rate signs on the wall which are confusing and give a feeling that the parking is not for Just Park customers. Exiting the parking is a bit of hassle too

I prepaid for my parking space but was sent a parking fine !

Regardless of what others say the parking was very secure with entrance only allowed with ticket and exit with paid ticket, the rest of the time its fully locked.
Some might say the lanes up are a little tight, but i found no issue.
Spaces are decent size too and can actually open a car door.

Great location, right in the City Centre of Bristol! When you are looking for space for your car, the way is narrower than stardard ones but definitely recommend it!

Nightmare - Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel car park - unable to find / access it - directions weren’t clear - a photo of the barrier on the entrance to initial road through which we had to go would have been helpful - situated on a one way street, in busy city centre traffic & unable to pull over to check - gave up & paid £15 more to park in open NCP we found while driving round one way system.
