Our car parking facility is located in the multi-storey just on the left-hand side of the hotel, on Newmarket Avenue BS1 2EL; via Wine Street (same as the property). Our car park is available to access 24 hours a day. Please note the car park has a height restriction of 1.8 metres.
Our car park is operated by Parking Eye and you must register your vehicle’s registration details on check in to the hotel to avoid parking fines.
Bristol Council have made many changes recently, please double-check your route before setting off as many roads in the centre of Bristol have been closed to traffic or made one-way routes. The only way to reach our hotel is via Wine Street.
Bristol's Clean Air Zone will come into operation on Monday 28 November 2022.
Please check on the Bristol.gov.uk website for all information on pricing and registering vehicles before travelling.

The car park is convenient for restaurants and city life. it has very tight spaces and limited manoeuvrability. Unfortunately, we found used needles on the stairwell on our return

Car managed to fit but Very tight spaces!! One I parked (in between two vehicles, which was very tight), I noticed the car next to me had been broken into! I contacted the hotel to let them know who said they would phone the police. On my way out the carpark, I saw extra signs everywhere about not leaving valuables in the car due to thieves and someone else around said it's common cars get broken into in this carpark!

I didn't use the parking space in the end, but when I went to cancel it I was half an hour late to get a refund. You have to cancel within 24 hours of the booking starting and I only found I didn't need it anymore 23.5 hours before. I frankly hadn't expected to get a refund from a parking company, and it's great that they do offer one (I was initially really pleased as I thought I would be able to get one). But there's no reason why they couldn't give a refund up to (or closer to) the booking time and make the space available again.
