Our car parking facility is located in the multi-storey just on the left-hand side of the hotel, on Newmarket Avenue BS1 2EL; via Wine Street (same as the property). Our car park is available to access 24 hours a day. Please note the car park has a height restriction of 1.8 metres. The car park requires tight-spaces-manoeuvring.
Our car park is operated by Parking Eye and you must register your vehicle’s registration details on check in to the hotel to avoid parking fines.
Bristol Council have made many changes recently, please double-check your route before setting off as many roads in the centre of Bristol have been closed to traffic or made one-way routes. The only way to reach our hotel is via Wine Street.
Bristol's Clean Air Zone will come into operation on Monday 28 November 2022.
Please check on the Bristol.gov.uk website for all information on pricing and registering vehicles before travelling.

I was happy with your website and the way the system would work. I was also very happy with the location of the car park.
The actual car park was the worst I’ve ever used and I’m glad I have a small car. (Not your fault I know)
The hotel receptionist authorised my parking but when I came to leave (at 22.12) the ticket machine said I’d exceed my departure time and had to pay an excess charge. (I’d paid up to 22.30 !) I tried to call someone through the machine but no one answered. But for a very kind man who was a regular user who let me out with his card I don’t know what time I’d have been there til. KM, 82 years old.
