Need to know
Online check-in. Make your arrival quicker with Silver Zone's new online check-in. Before you go, we'll email you a link to check in in advance. Once you're done, you'll get a QR code to scan at the car park on arrival– it's as easy as that.
Make your way to the Drop-Off zone, choose a bay and head to reception. You'll need to drop off your keys and keep hold of your green receipt as you'll need this when you get back to pick up your car.
All that's left to do is take the shuttle bus to the airport. It takes 7 to 9 minutes and runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. The journey is included in the price.
When you get back from your holiday, catch the shuttle bus from the terminal back to the car park and drive home.
Accessibility
The car park has designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders, which work on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll need to display your badge while you're away.
All the shuttle buses to the airport have ramps and are accessible for wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility.

The small print
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at its discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £35 per day. This is subject to change. The car park only accepts card payments.
Online check-in. You'll receive an email a few days before you travel letting you check in to the car park online. It's super easy and should only take about 20 seconds, but it'll save you so much more time when you get to the car park. Check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they are under 2.1m and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Vehicles over 2.1m need to use the barrier to the right of the auto-scanner.
If you are returning more than 6 hours before you planned to, contact the car park using the details they will give you when you arrive.
Make sure you provide everything needed to move your vehicle including immobiliser codes and keys.

Very well organised, we didn’t have to wait for a bus transfer because it was already there and so we boarded straight away. Slight queue to drop off & collect car keys but it moved quickly, queue was partly due to people unsure what to do, but there was help provided, and I would use it again.

Super easy to park and drop your keys off with regular transfer busses which are clean and comfortable. Coming back, the bus was waiting for us and the keys readily available.

Customer service was great before hand. Unfortunately when we collected the car the key had been labelled with the wrong bay number and we then went round the car park hitting the key fob until our car lit up, not what you want to do when you have just arrived back from your holiday.

We had to wait 1 .5 hours after we rang them , but 2 hours after we actually landed because I hadn't realised we had to call as soon as our flight touched down. They parked the car miles away from the airport so we didn't have enough charge to get home without charging either. On top of that we had to pay to get out of the short stay car park twice ! That cost us( 2 x £7 ) £14. What a waste of time and money. I would never use them again. I'm going to claim my money back.

Arrived and after a few tries did get some help with registration. Didn’t wait long for the shuttle bus .
On the return trip the ques at the air point for silver zone were crazy . Waited over 25 minutes although did hear the driver asking for extra vehicle . Sign out easy , car easy to find in collection area and car as we left it so all good
