Amending a booking - even to change it by 15 minutes - is ridiculously expensive. Arrived at parking location half an hour early. Tried to move booking up by half an hour and it would have cost more than £5! Meaning any savings using the service would be wiped out! As I'd just made the booking it seemed very unfair.

Directions to find could have been clearer. Also very important to explain that you do not drive out the same way as you drive in. We couldn’t get out until a resident explained this.

Pros: Central location, car park felt secure, fairly easy to find, I parked here for two days so it was cheap in comparison to the other car parks around.
Cons: very narrow and steep entry and exit ramps. The hump at the top of the exit ramp scraped the underside of my car (I drive a 23 plate focus which is in no way lowered or modified). No idea what damage has been done.

The booking process was straightforward. The Programmes Studio Car Park in Bristol is unsuitable for larger vehicles...I have a Kia Sportage and the entrance was very tight to enter made even more difficult by a blue badge holder who had unfortunately parked opposite the entrance making it even more to enter difficult with only inches to spare on either side! However, I would definitely use Just Park again and should have heeded comments by previous users of this car park.
